As a Head of Projects & Engineering, you will report to the Director of Operations and lead all projects and engineering activity pertaining to the UK. The position is in the UK and travel should be expected to other onshore and offshore geographical entities within the company. Please note this position is a senior leadership role within the UK business, reporting to the director of operations.

Overall accountable for all projects successful delivery in Client, CAPEX (Brownfield/Greenfield, Operated/OBO), ABEX, 3rd Party business) in HSEQ, Schedule, DeliveryPromote and develop HSEqu culture within Engineering & Projects CommunityAccountable for Department Governance, Assurance and RisksPromote and develop Engineering and Projects Contractors & Main Vendors

To apply for this Head of Projects & Engineering role, you will need a relevant university degree and extensive experience in the oil and gas sector in a Projects and Engineering setting is required. You will also require:

Experience in the development and execution of major projects in an E&P companyExcellent knowledge of the rules and regulations of the UKCS and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
